Although this same area was mapped by a colleague of the Club (Carlos Vale) and whose map was used in the night of POM2016, me and Clube COC, due to several factors, we thought it would be good to prepare a new root map for the future urban, semi-urban or mixed sprint event. It is a map that stands out from many others due to the fact that it is located on a mountain where a large part of it is not populated and therefore allows for easy switching of the type of orientation thus creating diverse and constant challenges for runners. It now has an area of 1.5kms2, making it practically possible to use it in its entirety, which for the Sprint map is very good.
